General Information On August 26, 2015, Santa Fe Gold Corporation and three (3) affiliated entities (collectively with Santa Fe Gold, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the District of Delaware, seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The case is pending before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath. The cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings filed in the cases will be reflected on the case docket for Santa Fe Gold Corporation, Case No. 15-11761. The Debtor continues to operate its business and manage its properties as a Debtor-in-Possession.
