Governmental Unit Bar Date (Deadline to File Claims)

Pursuant to the Bar Date Order, except as described below, all governmental units (as defined in section 101(27) of the Bankruptcy Code) holding claims (whether secured, priority, unsecured or unsecured nonpriority including sections 507(b)(8) and 507(c) claims but excluding claims of the type set forth in section 503(b)(1)(B), (C) and (D)) against the Debtors that arose prior to the commencement of the above-captioned bankruptcy cases must file proofs of claim by the Governmental Bar Date of November 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time)Click Here to Download Court Approved Notice
