In re: Santa Fe Gold Corporation, et al. General Information On August 26, 2015, Santa Fe Gold Corporation and three (3) affiliated entities (collectively with Santa Fe Gold, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions in the District of Delaware, seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The case is pending before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath. The cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings filed in the cases will be reflected on the case docket for Santa Fe Gold Corporation, Case No. 15-11761. The Debtor continues to operate its business and manage its properties as a Debtor-in-Possession. If by US mail: Meeting of Creditors Please Take Notice that the meeting of creditors pursuant to section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code (the "Meeting of Creditors") was held on October 19, 2015 at 2:00 PM (prevailing Eastern Time) at the following location: Rule 9001(5) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure requires that a representative of the Debtor appear at the Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of being examined under oath by a representative of the Office of the United States Trustee and by any interested parties that attend the meeting.
